DEKRA 360°
DEKRA 360° is a method for evaluating the performance characteristics of managers by a number of associates who make "full circle" around the person who is being evaluated. The method includes assessmetnt of: superiors, co-workers of the same level, subordinates and self-assessment. The purpose of this method is to give the client insight into the perceived characteristics of employees in managerial positions and to help managers to bring out their strengths and identify areas in which they need to develp professionally and personally.
